Vehicle Delivery Specialist

Job Summary:


Our delivery specialists are the final and most important touch point we have with our customers in their vehicle purchase experience. You will be required to work together with the entire sales team to ensure that every delivery meets the highest possible standard. Our goal is to ensure all customers are given a thorough, professional and enthusiastic delivery on every occasion and that all questions are answered in a knowledgeable and well-informed manner.

Duties:



Prepare all packages provided by the business manager prior to customer arrival 24 hours prior to delivery, email the customer the Toyota safety sense videos pertaining to the vehicle they purchased Inspect and walk around each vehicle to ensure no areas were missed by the detail shop or accumulated in transition to delivery bay Review the PO to ensure the vehicle is delivered as ordered. If parts or accessories are missing be sure to notify the business/sales managers Talk the customer through connectivity and Bluetooth options with their mobile devices. Download the Toyota App to the customer phone when applicable Be sure to have both sets of keys available and ready for the customer Ensure customer checklists are completed and signed Politely ask the customer to provide us with a positive Google and Facebook review (Use discretion based on the customer's satisfaction at the time of delivery) Ensure the license plates and Toyota plate covers have been professionally installed Be sure to remind them of the proper process when coming in for valet service Walk the customer over to the service department and introduce them to the team Review the customer survey, and let them know that they will receive it within 24 hours. Discuss the importance of answering the first question on the survey and grading us with the highest possible mark

Qualification:



At least 1 year of customer service is ideal Valid 'G' driver's license, with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including walking, crouching, bending, and standing for extended periods of time Self-motivated, independent and a team player with a sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment Willing and able to work flexible shifts in support of the business needs Excellent verbal and written English skills Has superior customer service skills, a professional manner and an outgoing personality Has the energy and enthusiasm to be part of a growing business Has the ability to work individually or as part of a team Is detail-oriented and organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills Has good problem-solving and time-management skills
