Position Overview

CarHome is a rapidly growing local car rental and insurance replacement service company.
We are currently seeking

Part-Time Vehicle Cleaning & Support Staff

to join our Edmonton Airport team.

This role is ideal for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, flexible, and enjoy working with vehicles and customers.
We welcome students, part-time job seekers, and those interested in learning about automotive operations.

Key Responsibilities

Clean and inspect rental vehicles (interior and exterior; photo documentation required) Assist with lot organization and vehicle coordination Perform vehicle delivery and pick-up as scheduled Support airport rental operations and provide customer shuttle assistance Carry out other operational support duties as assigned by the supervisor

Compensation & Incentive Structure

Base Pay:

$16.00 per hour (paid monthly)

Additional Commissions & Incentives:

2% commission on self-generated rental revenue 10% commission on insurance product sales (e.g., CDW, tire, windshield protection) $500-$2,000 commission per vehicle sold (depending on vehicle and margin) $1,000 body-shop signing bonus (paid $250 quarterly during the first year per successful partnership) 100% of

Out-of-Hours Airport Pick-Up / Drop-Off Fees

belong to you personally (typically $50-$200 per trip depending on distance and timing)

Work Schedule

Flexible shifts based on business needs (average 10-25 hours per week) Must be able to work some evenings or weekends as required

Qualifications

Valid Canadian driver's license with a clean driving record Reliable, detail-oriented, and responsible Good English communication skills (verbal and written) Previous experience in car rental, auto detailing, logistics, or customer service is an asset
