Cut ingredients according to standard weights and specifications, ensuring fast and accurate prep work that keeps up with the pace of service.
Maintain a clean and organized work area while following food safety and sanitation standards.
Assist with other kitchen preparation tasks to ensure smooth back-of-house operations.

Strong knife skills and proficiency in using kitchen tools.
Must have previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food preparation role.
