Should have technical and functional support for the Veeva Align application, including resolving user issues, identifying and troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring system availability and performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Veeva Align.
Assist with the development and implementation of Veeva Align configurations, including territory alignment, quota management, and incentive compensation.
Monitor and analyze Veeva Align data to ensure data quality and accuracy, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Knowledge in Development and maintain documentation and training materials for Veeva Align users, including user guides, training manuals, and FAQs.
Should have knowledge in Veeva Align system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, validation, and training.
Good Knowledge in Veeva Align best practices and industry trends and Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to Veeva Align.
Experience working with Veeva Align or similar cloud-based sales force automation (SFA) applications.
Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry sales and marketing operations, including territory management, incentive compensation, and field force deployment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
