Job Description


Role: Veeva Align Support Location:- Canada

  • Should have technical and functional support for the Veeva Align application, including resolving user issues, identifying and troubleshooting system errors, and ensuring system availability and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and IT, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements for Veeva Align.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of Veeva Align configurations, including territory alignment, quota management, and incentive compensation.
  • Monitor and analyze Veeva Align data to ensure data quality and accuracy, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge in Development and maintain documentation and training materials for Veeva Align users, including user guides, training manuals, and FAQs.
  • Should have knowledge in Veeva Align system upgrades and enhancements, including testing, validation, and training.
  • Good Knowledge in Veeva Align best practices and industry trends and Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, policies, and procedures related to Veeva Align.
  • Experience working with Veeva Align or similar cloud-based sales force automation (SFA) applications.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry sales and marketing operations, including territory management, incentive compensation, and field force deployment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
