We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, demonstrate products, and utilize your sales skills to meet store goals.

Duties

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product selection. Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding. Utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems for processing transactions accurately. Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling practices. Upsell products by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable options. Maintain the sales floor by organizing merchandise, restocking items, and ensuring displays are appealing. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus. Experience in retail sales with a focus on technology sales is preferred. Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility. Familiarity with POS systems and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple tasks. Strong organizational skills to keep the sales area tidy and well-stocked. Knowledge of phone etiquette for customer interactions over the phone.
