Job Title: Vape Retail Associate

As a Sales Associate, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while representing our company standards. Your responsibilities will include operating a Point of Sale (POS) system, driving sales, managing social media presence, restocking inventory, merchandising vape products, and maintaining store cleanliness.

Major Duties:

Working directly with customers, you'll provide personalized assistance, process transactions, and offer product recommendations based on their vaping needs. Your goal is to create positive interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Maintain a friendly, positive, and professional demeanor.

- Handle multiple customers simultaneously while delivering high-quality service.

- Address customer inquiries and concerns in person, over the phone, and via email.

Experience & Skills:

- Prior sales or customer service experience preferred.

- Knowledge of vaping industry and e-cigarette products is essential.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Organized and self-motivated with a proactive approach.

- Reliable, trustworthy, and friendly demeanor.

- Comfortable working in a vape shop environment.

- Previous vaping experience is advantageous.

- Ability to lead and collaborate effectively within a team.

Requirements:

- Must be of legal vaping age (19 years or older).

- Familiarity with current vape industry products and regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 35 per week
