How You Will Make a Difference

What you will do:

Build sales by maintaining a consumer centric mindset and using selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers. Ensure the store is consistently recovered and consumer ready by meeting brand standards. Use strong verbal and nonverbal communication skills to exceed sales results. Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service. Adhere to policies, procedures and practices that align with company directives.

What you bring:

Proven communication skills Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business; will require weekends, evenings, and holidays Ability to be solution oriented Ability to be flexible in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years of prior experience in a customer facing environment is required A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.

Construisez les ventes en maintenant un etat d'esprit centre sur le consommateur et en utilisant des comportements de vente grace a de veritables interactions avec les consommateurs. Assurez-vous que le magasin est constamment recupere et pret pour le consommateur en respectant les normes de la marque. Utilisez de solides competences en communication verbale et non verbale pour depasser les resultats de vente. Interagissez regulierement avec les consommateurs au sein du magasin, offrant un haut niveau de service a la clientele. Respecter les politiques, les procedures et les pratiques qui s'harmonisent avec les directives de l'entreprise.

Competences pour reussir

Ce que vous apportez:

Competences eprouvees en communication Capacite de travailler selon un horaire flexible pour repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise; necessitera des week-ends, des soirees et des jours feries. Capacite d'etre oriente vers la solution. Capacite d'etre flexible dans un environnement au rythme rapide ans d'experience professionnelle / vente au detail connexe est preferable. Une education formelle et des diplomes de premier cycle / cycles superieurs ulterieurs sont agreables a avoir, mais nous sommes plus interesses par votre experience totale et vos realisations professionnelles.
