Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Van Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods and materials efficiently while ensuring the highest level of customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, punctuality, and effective communication skills. The Van Driver will also assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as needed.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a van to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling to prevent damage. Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage and fuel usage. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Assist in the warehouse as needed, including inventory management and organization. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries.

Experience

Previous experience in commercial driving is preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers effectively. Experience operating forklifts is beneficial but not mandatory.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
