  • Leads cleaning cycle development initiatives, modifications for new product introductions, and integration to facility cleaning validation program.
  • Designs and develops strategies and protocols to support cleaning and process validation activities.
  • Works with internal organizations and vendors to ensure regulatory and company compliance of manufacturing processes.
  • Involved in new product scale-up, purification, process optimization, technology transfer and process validation activities.
  • Develops production procedures and product specifications.
  • Monitors the performance of processes and equipment and makes recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Develops custom pilot scale and commercial manufacturing equipment.
  • Works with equipment vendors to define, develop, implement and qualify process equipment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Post-graduate, certification and/or license may be required.
  • 4+ years relevant experience for entry into this level.

This job has a full time weekly schedule.
The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $77,822.00 - $121,598.00/yr CAD plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
