We are currently hiring Full-Time, Event Part-Time & Weekends Hotel/Event Valet Attendants to join our team at Skyline Valet.

All our Valet Staff are provided Bonus Pay/Tips for each shift along with an Hourly Rate!

Job Summary:

Vancouver's top valet company is seeking a motivated Valet Host for Full-Time, Part-Time to join our team! At Skyline Valet, our Valet Attendants drive, park, and retrieve our guest's cars in a safe and courteous manner, ensuring that all guests are provided with an exceptional valet experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcomes and greets all guests in a friendly and positive manner Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor when working with both customers and employees Ensures all entrance areas are free and clear from congestion for arrivals and departures of vehicles by ensuring all cars are parked and retrieved in an expedient manner Supervising a team of Valet Attendants, including scheduling, preparing payroll sheets, and performing related administrative tasks to ensure operations are running smoothly and efficiently. Ensures all vehicle keys are clearly identified and stored in a locked location Provides accurate and timely documentation including claim checks, vehicle damage, statements, and conditions that require attention or repair Reports for duty with a professional appearance and dress to standards, remaining in uniform for the entirety of shift Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards

Qualifications:

Must have a valid Class 5 or Class 7 Driver's License with a clean driver's abstract Clean Criminal Record Impeccable Customer Service Minimum 3 years of customer service experience Excellent communication skills and ability to work well as a team Ability to stand on your feet for long periods of time A genuine desire to go above and beyond for our guests

Preferred:

Ability to drive manual transmission/stick shift Previous valet/hospitality experience/supervisory experience Flexible in working a variety of shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
