Job Description

O'Neill Auto Group is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual for the position of Valet Attendant at our flagship Nissan Dealership in Mount Pearl.

Duties

As a Valet Attendant, you report to the Front-End Service Manager and will assist in all areas including but not limited to:

Greeting all customers who enter the Service drive-in area in a friendly and professional manner Using appropriate dealer software to check-in service customers and confirm associated service requests Recording vehicle and customer information pertaining to the service visit Directing service customers to the appropriate Service Advisor Organizing dealership lot and Service drive-in area Parking and presenting customer service vehicles when service is complete Controlling traffic flow and parking in Service drive-in area Cleaning all service and loaner vehicles before presentation to the customer Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Valid Class 5 Drivers License Clean drivers abstract Ability to provide excellent customer service Knowledge of vehicle maintenance Exceptional time management and organizational skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills
