Recycle West is excited to announce that due to growth, we are currently looking for a motivated individual to bring on to our Manitoba team.

Recycle West combines several decades of experience and state-of-the-art equipment to deliver the right solution for its clients' environmental needs. Our proactive servicing approach is designed to maximize efficiency. We specialize in the collection of used oil, used oil filters, waste fuels, wastewater and more. Also, the recycling & treatment of several types of hazardous and non-hazardous waste. Recycle West has multiple Hazardous Waste Processing Facilities & service teams across Canada.

The successful applicant for this position will be:

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Clean, Stock & Organize Assigned Vacuum Truck.

- Perform Pre-Trip & Post-Trip Daily.

- Maintain, Drive & Operate Vacuum Truck.

- Communicate With Co-workers, Clients & Potential Clients Daily.

- Use the Vacuum Truck to Collect & Unload Hazardous & Non-Hazardous Waste from Various Sites.

- Complete Paperwork & Digital Workorders.

Requirements:

- Valid Class 3A License

- Vacuum Truck Experience / TDG Experience is an asset. (A candidate with no experience may be considered).

- Ability To Work Full-time with Overtime as required.

- Drive Standard Transmission Trucks.

- Demonstrate a High Level of Customer Service.

- Work in Challenging Weather.

- Ability to Perform Labour Intensive Tasks.

- Ability to work long days when urgent/emergency jobs require.

- Adhere to the Company Safety Policy.

- Practicing Safe Driving Habits & Maintaining Driver Logs.

- Able to cross train, learn and eventually perform all or most of the duties carried out by the Manitoba team on a day to day basis when required.
