This Direct-To-Consumer role may be the right job for you!Job PurposeThe Vaccines Brand Manager - DTC, will lead the creation, implementation, and measurement of direct-to-consumer/patient marketing strategies.This is an opportunity for an individual with a track record of marketing in the consumer space within pharmaceutical and/or CPG industries to build new strategies and deliver tactics, converting insights into delivery of multi-channel direct-to-consumer campaigns. The candidate should have a passion for the patient and strong drive to ensure marketing campaigns are competitive, anchored to robust insights/impact, and have a proven ability to be innovative in the consumer/CPG space.The candidate will partner cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Medical and will be responsible for leveraging a deep understanding of Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) and GSK ways of working to drive alignment across the teams.ResponsibilitiesLeverage knowledge of Health Canada, ASC to drive consumer/patient directed campaigns using an integrated omnichannel approach.Build a deep understanding of the consumer journey across various regions, leverage insights to develop compelling content, establish impactful marketing mix, and execute successful multi-channel consumer campaigns.Foster strong, collaborative relationships with internal cross-functional teams and external partners to align objectives across multiple groups and influence outcomes.Work with Global counterparts to ensure local deployment of Global initiatives.Leverage previous consumer/CPG experience in building multi-channel campaigns to develop KPIs that can be measured through marketing mix modelling and other avenues to demonstrate success and check and adjust plans based on performance.Evaluate and set project budgets, work with creative and media agencies to ensure progression according to budget.Basic QualificationsUndergraduate University Degree required.4-5- years of experience in consumer/CPG, digital, social, omnichannel marketingHas successfully built and executed consumer and multichannel-channel marketing campaigns within the pharmaceutical and/or CPG industries.Strong ability to interpret and leverage data and insights to provide optimized recommendations.Experience working with creative and media agencies.Experience in large-scale project launches, delivering results in a matrix organization.Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with analytical ability to use data to inform all decisions.Preferred QualificationsProven strengths in digital marketing including search marketing (SEM/SEO), content marketing, social media, mobile marketing, influencer and earned media campaigns, user generated content, and use of web analytics.Clear understanding of how to measure success through lead and lag metrics leveraging the above communication platforms.
