We are working hard to simplify the journey of buying a new home. Our application is a complete point of sale, analytical and reporting platform that has quickly become the industry standard to transact real estate both online and in presentation centres across Canada.

What\xe2\x80\x99s the gig?

Collaborate closely with designers, product managers and developers to define and maintain the workflow, layout and interactions
Build seamless user experiences throughout the application
Design seamless user journey
Create wireframes, user flow diagrams, and high-fidelity prototypes to solidify design direction and plans
Research the users, analyze the findings and create personas
Maintain a consistent art style throughout the entire project interface
Communicate designs in a technical manner for programmer implementation
Work with developers to ensure the implementation matching the intention
Know your work is crucial to the company\xe2\x80\x99s success and take pride in it

Who are we looking for?

• A talented web application designer who has a strong design sense with a solid portfolio that demonstrates both UX and visual design skills.
• Have been doing design for at least 2 years in software development environment
• Take charge and work independently to push projects across the finish line
• Passion for the easy way, reducing complexity, through innovative design practice
• Excellent eye for color, shape, composition etc.
• Passion for the software industry and an understanding of market trends and styles
• In-depth knowledge of design patterns and best practices and up to date with emerging web trends
• Expert skills with Adobe Suite of products, Sketch, inVision prototyping and other design tools
• Experience in working solo and as part of a team.
• Strong written and verbal English skills
