Required Skills & Experience
- 5- 10 years of in-depth quantitative research experience
- Helping improve the conversion rate of a digital platform/product
- Planning and implementing data research strategy with live product
- Connecting live data with Google Analytics (or any other equivalent front-end data analytic tools)
- Consolidating, visualizing, and analyzing live user behaviour data
- Proposing improvement opportunities
- Direct experience with consumer facing platforms
- Hybrid work flexibility (downtown Toronto)
