We are looking for a Hybrid Designer with a passion to create exceptional digital products and services for Bank, to empower our customers and elevate their experiences.
For this role, you will be working alongside Design System Brand Experience team to define and craft the expressive elements that would influence our digital brand experience.
This role requires a versatile skill set ranging from Visual Design, UI/UX Design, Motion Design to custom illustration development. You will be involved from concept creation to design delivery and thrive in a fast-paced environment with minimum guidance.
You will take initiative to collaborate with the various cross functional team to understand brand strategy, business goals, user needs, brand and accessibility standard and technical constrains, translating them into effective design solutions.
Understand business challenges and identify unmet customer needs
Conceptualize and design best possible engaging end-to-end product experiences
Create digital experiences that are thoughtful, compelling and meet marketing strategies and business goals
Participate in observational studies, usability testing and other user research. When required, you will plan, conduct and primary and secondary design research data to inform the design direction.
Collaborate with lead designers and contribute to creating interaction solutions that advocate for the user
Design and create reusable components in Figma.
Provide detailed specifications to developers.
Have a wide understanding of technical constraints and include it into your solutions but also know when to push boundaries.
Connect and work alongside with other team members from technical teams, product owner and marketing to deliver an experience that exceeds the user's needs and expectations
Comfortably develop custom illustrations (2D and 3D) and animations that reinforce emotional connection with working knowledge of motion constrains (e.g. After Effects workflows/Lotti file convert restrictions)
Experience in editorial design (eg annual report) is a plus
Willingness to experiment with new platforms and software a quick learner who adapts easily and isn't afraid to step into new environments.
Deliver high-quality assets at speed while balancing multiple priorities across digital products and initiatives.
Able to pick up the established design patterns quickly, and create new effective ones from initial design, overseeing development to delivery stages
Advocate for accessibility support in all proposed design solutions
Strong understanding of brand guidelines
Collaborative in contributing to internal discussions, brainstorms and ideation sessions
Actively contribute to the Design system library
Consistently exercise discretion in managing correspondence, information and all matters of confidentiality; raise issues where appropriate

Must Have:
