What you\'ll do:

This role will be responsible for executing and leading the user experience (UX) for the TAdvantage website solution. They will design creative user-focused solutions and drive experience strategies while providing a vision on how to evolve and grow the UX/UI in line with business plans.

Key area of responsibilities are

\xc2\xb7 Produce prototypes and UI / UX designs for the TAdvantage solution and ensure the monitoring and quality of the implementation of these until the delivery of the projects

\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with the Product Manager, Developers and Marketing team to put in place creative solutions driven by user needs and behaviors, in addition to being based on market trends and platform graphics standards.

\xc2\xb7 Facilitate and conduct research and analysis with end-user and key stakeholders to validate user needs including Customer Surveys, Usability Tests and Competitive Analysis

\xc2\xb7 Makes data driven design decisions through understanding and interpreting metrics captured.

\xc2\xb7 Research and monitor UI / UX products and market trends to improve the product.

Requirements:

\xc2\xb7 University Degree or equivalent work experience

\xc2\xb7 Expert knowledge of the UX tools of the trade: InVision, Adobe CS, Adobe xD

\xc2\xb7 5+ years\' experience working within user experience, user research and UI design for mobile and desktop web

\xc2\xb7 Experienced with agile UX including usability testing including remote, multivariate and A/B platforms to guide design solutions.

\xc2\xb7 Worked within a fast paced, agile, commercial on-line environment

\xc2\xb7 Creative vision and attention to detail.
