located in Calgary, Alberta. We have a growing team of 24 in-house staff members with over 290 years of experience in the digital marketing and web development industry. We create innovative custom hand coded websites and digital marketing solutions such as Search Engine Optimization, Google Ads, Online Display Advertising, Social Media Marketing and Reputation Management. We were recently awarded two

awards in 2025 for our UX designs.

We are looking for a

talented and motivated UX Website Designer

to join our team. If you have a passion for digital design, UX, and branding and want to work on exciting projects that push creative boundaries, this is your opportunity.

As a UX

Website Designer

, you will not only be supporting our senior designers, you will also play a key role in crafting compelling visual assets across various digital platforms. Working closely with our creative, SEO, development and paid marketing teams, you will bring concepts to life through innovative design solutions that align with our clients' brand strategies.

must reside in Calgary

We work on projects for clients in all industries across the globe, and you'll be working on a team that values high-quality execution. The successful candidate will report to our Lead Designer and work closely with several members of our team. Our mantra is to help businesses and treat each business as if it were our own.

Requirements

Strong portfolio

showcasing digital design work (a portfolio is required). Proficiency in

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, After Effects, InDesign)

. Familiarity with

Figma and Adobe XD

is an asset. Understanding of

UX/UI principles

and responsive design. Strong attention to detail and ability to balance creativity with functionality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to

manage multiple projects

and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Create

visually engaging designs

for websites, digital campaigns, social media, and branding projects. Collaborate with UX designers and developers to enhance user experiences. Assist in designing

web layouts, display and social media advertisements

. Participate in

brainstorming sessions and creative discussions

, contributing fresh ideas. Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets. Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices. Support senior designers with design-related tasks.
