Your days will include:

Shuttling highway trucks, trailers, and other equipment between HyLife locations, shops, and farms as required. Travelling between HyLife locations (Neepawa, Killarney, La Broquerie, Randolph, Morris) Picking up and delivering equipment, parts, and supplies for the Internal Fleet Maintenance Facilities Testing Drive units and validating concerns or repairs Performing pre-trip inspections, post-shift checks, and basic vehicle condition reporting. Detailing trucks (interior & exterior) to prepare for turnover to new drivers. Supporting onboarding of new drivers, including vehicle familiarization and process orientation. Completing required paperwork and maintaining accurate records. Adhering to and following company biosecurity protocols Performing other duties as assigned.

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

High School Diploma or equivalent. Valid Class 1 Driver's License. Minimum of 3 years' experience operating semi-trucks. Shunt truck experience is considered an asset. Flat Deck and Load Securement Road Restrictions and DOT compliance Strong understanding of shop and yard operations. Demonstrated ability with winter driving and adverse conditions.
