As a Utilities Dispatch Analyst here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior managers, and directors to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize the customer journey.
You will report directly to our Customer Experience Manager, and you'll work out of our Edmonton, AB or Markham, ON location on a hybrid work schedule.
Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.
