The Opportunity!
Reporting to the Director of Operations Site Support and working alongside the operations support team, as a User Experience Associate you will help enhance, manage, and maintain new user experience as well as onboarding and offboarding of our HUB Portal system for all retail employees. This is an important role in the overall employee experience to ensure they are set up for success! In this role, you will, complete system reviews for all new hires, maintain system updates and reports to ensure we are in continuous optimization of recent changes and announcements while delivering top customer service.
What you will bring to our team -
Minimum 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Outlook, Excel, Word.
Excellent communication skills in both verbal & written.
Strong organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
Sharp attention to detail and accuracy.
SharePoint knowledge is considered an asset.
Insurance industry knowledge is considered an asset.
A day in the life -
Promote a positive user experience. Develop and maintain best in class service with our onboarding experience by confirming equipment and system access is set up for all new hires.
Assist with portal requests for onboarding and offboarding to ensure they are handled in a timely manner.
Submission of all IT onboarding and offboarding tickets on behalf of the management team
Liaison between IT and regional operations to ensure reported issues are being resolved in an effective and timely manner
Assist with management of the LMS system by uploading content, providing tracking and reporting to trainers and management
Source and track information on changes, new updates, systems and processes to ensure continual improvements.
Assist with regional user experience communication to support IT change management
Participate in general project work supporting organizational priorities
