Duties
Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features, benefits, and financing options.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close deals effectively.
Maintain an organized sales pipeline to track leads and follow up with potential buyers.
Provide outstanding customer service throughout the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Utilize marketing techniques to promote dealership offerings and increase foot traffic.
Stay informed about industry trends, new vehicle models, and competitor offerings.
Assist in maintaining the dealership's online presence through effective communication on social media platforms.
Requirements
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
Familiarity with B2B sales processes is a plus.
Proficient organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong phone etiquette for effective communication with clients over the phone.
