Sales Executive

to join our team and help deliver an exceptional car-buying experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Customer Service

Greet and assist walk-in and online customers Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles Conduct test drives and guide customers through the buying process Negotiate pricing and terms confidently and professionally Close deals and support customers through delivery

Lead Management & Follow-Up

Respond to online leads across multiple platforms (website, AutoTrader, Facebook, Marketplace, CarGurus, Kijiji, etc.) Follow up with potential buyers to convert leads to sales Maintain CRM or lead logs and track communication

Marketing & Promotion

Assist with online vehicle listings and social media promotion Take photos/videos of inventory and create simple marketing content Promote dealership offers and inventory through digital channels

Administrative & Vehicle Management

Prepare paperwork necessary for financing and sales Coordinate vehicle registration and delivery Assist with vehicle movements (pick-ups, drop-offs, test drives, detail bay, service appointments)

Qualifications

OMVIC Certified or

willing to obtain OMVIC license

Valid Ontario driver's license Strong communication and negotiation skills Customer-focused, confident, and self-motivated Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Experience in sales or automotive industry is an asset (not required)
