Key Responsibilities

Greet customers in a professional, friendly manner and guide them through the buying process Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles and financing options Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives with confidence and product knowledge Follow up with leads, appointments, and past clients to build lasting relationships Stay up to date with inventory, promotions, and industry trends Process sales documentation and ensure a smooth, honest, and transparent transaction Collaborate with team members to achieve monthly and dealership-wide goals

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude, ambition, and a willingness to learn Sales experience preferred (automotive or retail), but not required Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Must hold a valid driver's license Knowledge of vehicle financing is a plus Have a VSA license prefered but can help with application
