Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled

US Immigration Attorney

to join our team on a

remote, full-time

basis, starting

September 1, 2025

. You must have

at least 5 years of proven experience

in both corporate and individual US immigration matters. This role requires availability

during regular business hours, Eastern Time

.

You will manage a diverse caseload including employment-based green cards, family-based petitions, waivers, investor visas, and student visas.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct legal consultations with new potential clients and assess the merits of their cases. Retain and onboard new client files. Advise and represent corporate clients and individuals in all aspects of US immigration law. Prepare and submit applications for: Employment-based green cards (EB categories) Family-based green cards US work permits and visas (L1, TN, E1, E2, etc.) EB-5 investor visas Student visas and permits Draft and file waiver applications (I-601, I-212, etc.). Liaise with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders. Provide strategic immigration solutions tailored to each client's needs. Maintain a high standard of legal work with attention to detail and compliance.

Pay: $130,000.00 per year
