Nous recherchons un Coordonnateur HACCP/SQF pour superviser et maintenir notre programme Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP/SQF) dans notre usine de fabrication de pizzas/pasta a Montreal. Ce poste exige un professionnel meticuleux, expert en securite alimentaire, gestion des audits et amelioration continue. Le candidat ideal dirigera la conformite HACCP/SQF, gerera les audits, soutiendra les inspections reglementaires et garantira des normes elevees de qualite et de securite.
Responsabilites principales
Gestion du programme HACCP/SQF :
Developper, mettre en oeuvre et maintenir le programme HACCP/SQF en conformite avec les normes ACIA, SQF et les exigences de l'industrie.
Rediger, reviser, corriger et mettre a jour la documentation HACCP/SQF, y compris les programmes prealables, les plans HACCP/SQF et les procedures.
Surveiller, verifier et valider l'application du systeme HACCP/SQF pour garantir une conformite totale.
Audit et conformite reglementaire :
Preparer la documentation reglementaire selon les normes HACCP/SQF.
Agir en tant que personne ressource pour repondre aux inspecteurs de l'ACIA et fournir les documents necessaires lors des inspections.
Gerer et superviser les audits internes et externes, en assurant les mesures correctives et l'amelioration continue.
Realiser des verifications pre-operationnelles pour garantir le respect des protocoles de securite alimentaire.
Superviser les certifications SQF et maintenir la conformite aux normes SQF.
Securite alimentaire et gestion des risques :
Verifier et assurer la conformite des points de controle critiques (CCP) et des programmes prealables.
Coordonner les exercices de rappel de produit et assurer une gestion efficace des crises.
Gerer les non-conformites, y compris les actions correctives, l'analyse des causes et les mesures preventives.
Effectuer des prelevements alimentaires et environnementaux en conformite avec les normes HACCP / PASA/SQF
Assurer le respect des bonnes pratiques de sanitation et de gestion parasitaire.
Formation et collaboration en equipe :
Dispenser des formations techniques aux employes sur les principes HACCP/SQF, la securite alimentaire et les procedures de sanitation.
Informer les superviseurs et chefs d'equipe des ecarts et assurer le suivi des actions necessaires.
Collaborer avec les equipes Assurance Qualite (AQ), Production et Approvisionnement pour renforcer les initiatives de securite alimentaire.
Maintenir la documentation des fournisseurs approuves et verifier leur conformite aux normes de securite alimentaire.
Amelioration continue et suivi de la conformite :
Rester a jour sur les reglementations de l'ACIA, les tendances de l'industrie et les normes internationales de securite alimentaire.
Analyser les donnees et tendances liees a la securite alimentaire et suggerer des ameliorations.
Diriger la planification de la gestion de crise pour assurer une preparation optimale en cas d'urgence alimentaire.
Verifier la conformite de l'etiquetage et de l'emballage en fonction des reglementations.
Qualifications
Formation et certifications :
Diplome universitaire en Sciences alimentaires, Microbiologie, Chimie ou domaine connexe (prefere).
Certification HACCP/SQF et experience en industrie alimentaire.
Certification SQF Practitioner (preferee mais non obligatoire).
Experience :
Plusieurs annees d'experience en securite alimentaire, gestion des programmes HACCP/SQF et assurance qualite.
Experience pratique dans la preparation des audits, les inspections reglementaires et la gestion de la conformite.
Competences :
Excellente attention aux details et capacite a analyser les risques en securite alimentaire.
Competences en resolution de problemes et analyse des causes profondes.
Capacite a evoluer dans un environnement dynamique et collaborer avec des equipes multidisciplinaires.
Solides competences en communication et en formation pour sensibiliser les employes aux principes HACCP/SQF

Position Overview
We are seeking a HACCP/SQF Coordinator to oversee and maintain our Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP/SQF) program at our pizza/pasta manufacturing facility in Montreal. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with expertise in food safety regulations, audit management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will lead HACCP/SQF compliance, manage audits, support regulatory inspections, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
HACCP/SQF Program Management:
Develop, implement, and maintain the HACCP/SQF program in compliance with CFIA, SQF, and industry standards.
Write, review, correct, and update HACCP/SQF documentation, including prerequisite programs, HACCP/SQF plans, and procedures.
Monitor, verify, and validate HACCP/SQF system implementation to ensure full compliance.
Audit and Regulatory Compliance:
Prepare regulatory documentation according to HACCP/SQF system standards.
Act as a resource person for CFIA inspectors, providing guidance and documentation during inspections.
Manage and oversee internal and external audits, ensuring corrective actions and continuous improvement.
Conduct pre-operational checks to verify adherence to food safety protocols.
Oversee SQF certification processes and maintain compliance with SQF standards.
Food Safety & Risk Management:
Verify and ensure compliance with critical control points (CCPs) and prerequisite programs.
Coordinate product recall exercises and ensure effective crisis management.
Manage non-conformities, including corrective actions, root cause analysis, and preventive measures.
Conduct food and environmental sampling to comply with HACCP / PASA/SQF standards.
Ensure proper sanitation and pest management practices are followed.
Training & Team Collaboration:
Provide technical training to employees on HACCP/SQF principles, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
Inform supervisors and team leaders of deviations and ensure necessary follow-ups.
Collaborate with Quality Assurance (QA), Production, and Supply Chain teams to drive food safety initiatives.
Maintain approved vendor documentation and verify supplier compliance with food safety standards.
Continuous Improvement & Compliance Monitoring:
Stay updated on CFIA regulations, industry trends, and international food safety standards.
Analyze data trends related to food safety and suggest continuous improvements.
Lead crisis management planning, ensuring readiness for food safety emergencies.
Ensure proper labeling and packaging compliance in accordance with regulations.
Qualifications
Education & Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field (preferred).
HACCP/SQF certification and experience in food manufacturing.
SQF Practitioner certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:
Several years of experience in food safety, HACCP/SQF program management, and quality assurance.
Hands-on experience in audit preparation, regulatory inspections, and compliance management.
Skills:
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze food safety risks.
Excellent problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Effective communication and training skills to educate staff on HACCP/SQF principles.
