Position Overview:

We are currently hiring

Security Officers

to provide security and safety services at retail and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be reliable, professional, and customer-service focused with a strong sense of responsibility.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Valid

BC Security Worker License

(mandatory). High School Diploma or equivalent Previous security experience in retail, commercial, or customer-service settings is an asset. Strong communication and conflict resolution skills. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods. Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security of premises, staff, and visitors. Monitor site activity and respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or disturbances. Enforce site policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor. Provide assistance and exceptional customer service to visitors and tenants. Complete detailed daily activity reports and incident reports as required. Act as a visible deterrent to theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities. Work collaboratively with site management and local law enforcement when necessary.
