Montessori Upper Elementary Lead Directress or Co-Directress

Start Date:

August 24, 2026 - June 30, 2027

?? What We're Looking For

Montessori Certification (Elementary 6-9 and/or 9-12 training) Bachelor's Degree preferred Experience in a Montessori elementary setting Eligibility for BC Teacher Regulation Branch certification (if applicable) Legally able to work in Canada Current Criminal Record Check & First Aid Certification

Your Role

Create and guide a high-quality Montessori prepared environment for 9-12-year-olds Foster a warm, respectful, and developmentally rich community indoors and outdoors Communicate effectively with families and maintain required documentation Meet BC Ministry of Education learning and reporting requirements Collaborate as a lead or co-guide in a professional, supportive environment Engage in ongoing professional development

What We Offer
