We're currently looking for an upholsterer to join our team. Do you enjoy hands-on work, feel comfortable using tools, and want a job where you can see the results of your work every day? You might be just the person we're looking for! In this role, you'll contribute directly to the production of high-quality furniture in a structured, safe, and dynamic environment.

What You'll Do

Upholster furniture such as chairs, sofas, and armchairs; Assemble and glue foam onto wooden bases; Position, center, and staple various fabrics and leathers with precision; Follow all safety procedures related to the workstation; Inspect finished products according to quality standards; Meet the allotted production times for each operation; Keep your workstation clean, organized, and safe.

What You Bring

Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail; Ability to work efficiently in a manufacturing environment; Autonomy, resourcefulness, and a positive attitude; A rigorous and proactive work approach; Good physical endurance and fast execution skills.

Requirements

Diploma in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role; Experience in a manufacturing plant (an asset); Comfortable using hand tools (stapler, drill, etc.); Knowledge of furniture (an asset).
