Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Upholsterer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical knowledge and experience with various upholstery techniques. This role involves working with a range of materials and tools to create high-quality upholstered products. The Upholsterer will be responsible for building, repairing, and customizing furniture, ensuring that all work meets our quality standards.

Responsibilities

Measure and cut fabric and other materials according to specifications. Assemble and build upholstered furniture using hand tools and power tools. Repair damaged upholstery by replacing or fixing components as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while ensuring quality craftsmanship. Perform heavy lifting as required during the assembly and transportation of products.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Upholsterer or in a related field is preferred. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to use hand tools, power tools, and CNC equipment effectively. Familiarity with carpentry skills is a plus. Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Pay: $18.20-$20.00 per hour
