:Assist with daily living activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, etc. Administer medications following Medpass protocols under nursing supervision. Provide companionship and engage in social and recreational activities. Monitor residents' health and report changes to the nursing team. Maintain proper documentation and ensure resident safety.
Qualifications
:Previous UCP experience in a long-term care setting. Medpass experience and ability to administer medications. First Aid & CPR certified, clear criminal record check. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate and dedicated to providing quality care.
