Provides reception and clerical functions to assigned units, prints daily flowsheets and staffing rotations, transcribes assignments, and schedules appointments for patient/resident activities. Works collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team to meet the needs of patients/residents and families, and to support the Hospital philosophy, vision, and mission, including supporting an environment of patient/resident-focused care, patient/resident choice, individualized routines, patient/resident and family involvement in care decisions, and continuity and consistency of care.
