Job Description
Primary Duties
Greet every customer entering/exiting the store with a friendly and professional attitude. Provide excellent customer service and assist with basic directions/questions. Maintain strong visible presence at the entrance to deter theft and suspicious activity. Actively observe customer flow and report any concerns to store management and Axion Operations.
Conduct & Appearance
Stay alert, standing at the entrance at all times. Maintain clean, professional uniform and positive body language. No phone use except for work-related communication.
Safety & Incident Duties
Do
not
chase or physically engage suspects. Report all suspicious behaviour, theft attempts, or incidents immediately. Document all incidents before end of shift.Additional Responsibilities
Report hazards (spills, unsafe conditions) to store staff. Assist with maintaining cart flow and entrance safety.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
