Job Summary

We are seeking a vigilant and dependable Guard to ensure the safety and security of our premises. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring property, preventing loss, and maintaining a secure environment. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to security incidents. Prior experience in law enforcement or security is a plus, but we welcome motivated individuals eager to develop their skills in security operations.

Duties

Conduct regular patrols of the property to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks. Monitor surveillance systems, including CCTV cameras, to observe activity and detect suspicious behavior. Enforce loss prevention policies by observing and addressing theft or vandalism. Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or incidents, following established protocols. Maintain detailed logs of activities, incidents, and observations during shifts. Assist visitors and employees by providing directions or information as needed. Collaborate with law enforcement or emergency services when necessary to ensure safety.

Requirements

Prior experience in law enforcement, security, surveillance, or loss prevention is preferred. Knowledge of CCTV operation and surveillance techniques. Strong observational skills with attention to detail. Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations. Excellent communication skills and a customer service-oriented attitude. Must be able to pass background checks and any required training certifications. Physical fitness to perform patrol duties and respond quickly when needed.
