Unified Communications Analyst
Location: Toronto

The Unified Communications Analyst is responsible for the installation, operation and support of all audio, video and telephony systems including cloud contact center, collaboration systems and video conferencing. The incumbent may also be responsible for assisting with various technical infrastructure and services projects, as well as integration projects.

You\xe2\x80\x99re Great At:

  • Providing advanced support of audio, video, and telephony services to all user departments in a multi-site environment.
  • Recommending and implementing changes to audio, video, telephony systems as required.
  • Liaise with external business contacts, senior management, to determine how technology infrastructure solutions can meet business requirements.
  • Supporting the preparation, and execution of project plans for the rollout of new audio, video, telephony technologies, system updates and upgrades, and all hardware upgrades.
  • Project management knowledge
  • Excellent professional communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work as a senior team member.
  • Excellent customer service orientation.
You Have:
  • Post-secondary school education in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 2-3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience administering Cloud Contact Center (NICE CXOne or any other platform), ACD Call flow, IVR, Auto Attendants and working with Telecom carriers to manage trouble tickets
  • Videoconferencing experience with Microsoft Teams/Rooms, Cisco WEBEX Control Hub/Endpoints
  • Microsoft Teams Phone, Direct Routing
  • Experience with VOIP, PRI, SIP, ISDN
  • LAN Knowledge
  • Experience using Service Now an asset.
  • One or more Microsoft 365 accreditation an asset
  • Experience with DNS/DHCP/VLANs/E911/QOS, H.323 and TCP/IP
