Job Description

Aibao Insurance is a licensed insurance brokerage in Ontario with a core team boasting over 20 years of industry experience. We are committed to delivering top-tier insurance solutions and exceptional customer service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement underwriting policies for personal and commercial insurance products. Assess and control underwriting risks to ensure profitability and business sustainability. Optimize business structure and improve underwriting efficiency. Lead and mentor the underwriting team to enhance overall business quality. Collaborate with sales, claims, and reinsurance departments to support strategic goals and operational excellence.

Requirements:

Valid RIBO license.

Minimum 2 years experience in personal and/or commercial insurance underwriting. In-depth understanding of Ontario's insurance regulations and market trends. Strong analytical, decision-making, and communication skills. Proven leadership ability and team management experience. CRM and/or CIP certifications are preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
