As an

Undercarriage Marketing Representative

, you'll be the driving force behind the promotion, sale, and strategic growth of ITM undercarriage systems, parts, and services for heavy equipment like dozers and shovels. You'll combine deep technical knowledge with strong sales acumen to identify opportunities, support internal teams, and build lasting customer relationships.

The Job

:

The Undercarriage Marketing Representative will typically work Monday through Friday from our Spruce Grove location for a minimum of 8 hours per workday. However, extensive travel is required throughout Canada, which requires flexibility in scheduling.

As an Undercarriage Marketing Representative, you will be expected to:



Market & Competitor Analysis:



Identify and pursue new market opportunities and ITM undercarriage solutions for mine owners and contractors Monitor market trends, analyze competitor activities, and assess customer needs to identify growth opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.

Product & Sales Strategy:



Develop and implement annual business plans and go-to-market strategies to increase sales and margin growth for undercarriage products. Provide a value proposition of the ITM undercarriage

Sales Team Support:



Act as an internal expert, providing guidance, product training, and technical support to sales teams, customer support advisors, and parts managers.

Customer Engagement:



Build and maintain strong customer relationships, support customer presentations, and provide expertise on undercarriage products and services.

Vendor & Product Management:



Cultivate and manage vendor relationships, identify new vendors, introduce and support new product launches, and promote both new and used undercarriage parts. Develop a system for formulating and tracking quotes for clients. Direct sales calls with ITM factory representatives and clients.

Reporting & Data Analysis:



Analyze sales, margin, and market data to identify areas for performance improvement and report on product updates, competitive intelligence, and business performance to management. Gain an understanding of the average cost per hour in various applications with Heavy Metal and their client's fleet Forecast inventory required to meet demands every quarter

What We're Looking For

:

A desire to make a difference and take pride in your work. A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in sales, particularly in heavy equipment parts, undercarriage components, or related aftermarket industries. Familiarity with undercarriage systems and their wear patterns is a strong advantage Proven ability to build relationships, negotiate, and close deals. Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills are essential. Proficiency in analyzing sales, margin, and market data to drive business decisions. A collaborative, proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities are crucial for success. Demonstrated commitment to safe work practices, with a proactive approach to safety behaviors
