Overview The Ultrasound Technologist is responsible to conduct the exam, save and print image and findings and deliver them to the requesting physician in the context of a comprehensive reproductive health visit, in accordance with Morgentaler Clinic\'s standards and guidelines, in an efficient, sensitive, professional manner. Duties & Responsibilities \xc2\xb7 Prior to an ultrasound exam being carried out, the technologist provides information for the patient on the procedure \xc2\xb7 The technologist conducts the exam, creates a summary of the findings, and delivers them to the requesting physician \xc2\xb7 Perform abdominal and transvaginal ultrasound \xc2\xb7 Perform and interpret ultrasound for gestational dating \xc2\xb7 Perform and interpret ultrasound for IUD localization Qualifications Graduate of an accredited ultrasound program Relevant experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with other medical personnel and communicate with patients Good knowledge of equipment and have proficient computer skills to create reports and to enter various data Some troubleshooting of the machinery may need to be performed by the technologist to obtain good-quality images or to fix small problems with the machinery Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Salary: $35.00 per hour Expected hours: 21 per week Benefits:
