Responsibilities
Prepare and deliver engaging Ukrainian language lessons tailored to students from diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
Develop clear, structured, and interactive lesson plans aligned with learning objectives and student proficiency levels.
Teach speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills in Ukrainian, using communicative and student-centered methods.
Engage students through discussions, activities, Q&A sessions, and practical language exercises.
Adapt teaching strategies for individual, group, online, or in-person classes as needed.
Incorporate cultural elements, real-life examples, and current topics to enhance language learning.
Utilize multimedia tools, digital platforms, and teaching materials to support effective instruction.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
Represent the organization professionally and respectfully in all teaching interactions.
Stay updated on best practices in language teaching and developments related to Ukrainian language and culture.
Qualifications
Proven experience teaching Ukrainian or other languages is preferred.
Native or near-native proficiency in Ukrainian.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and supportive teaching style.
Strong organizational skills to plan lessons, manage time effectively, and meet instructional goals.
Ability to adapt teaching methods for learners from different countries, cultures, and age groups.
Comfortable using online teaching platforms, presentation software, and multimedia tools.
Professional demeanor with the ability to handle questions and classroom interactions confidently.
Background in education, linguistics, or related fields is an asset but not mandatory.
