Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned UI/Visual Designer who will be responsible for designing our luxury client\xe2\x80\x99s website. This is a 1+ month remote contract that requires full-time bandwidth. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of design principles, and the ability to create visually stunning and user-friendly web pages. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to elevate website designs and create compelling visual experiences.Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive website layouts.
• Work with existing wireframes, mood boards, and reference samples, to effectively interpret our client\xe2\x80\x99s vision and communicate design ideas.
• Ensure the website design aligns with the brand\xe2\x80\x99s identity and objectives.
• Design high-quality visual elements, including images, icons, and graphics, to enhance the website\xe2\x80\x99s look and feel.
• Maintain consistency in visual design elements across the website.
• Work closely with their development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and function smoothly.
• Maintain and uphold the brand\xe2\x80\x99s visual identity across all website elements.
• Develop and enforce design guidelines to ensure consistency in all visual communications.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to present design ideas, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Web Design, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in UI/Visual design, with a strong portfolio showcasing elevated website designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, colour theory, and composition.
• Ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs that enhance the user experience.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Creative thinker with a passion for visual storytelling and innovation.
