indus.ai is disrupting construction industry with Artificial Intelligence. We help project managers and real estate developers get better visibility regarding progress, risk, and profitability. We are a team of 15 technologists passionate about the capabilities of AI and how it will play a greater role beyond our personal lives in the near future.

Job Summary

indus.ai is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated designer to join our team. You\'ll be working closely with our development and management team to craft a bold new UX for construction activity dashboard that will shift the current landscape of the industry. You will play a key role in making web UX decisions and making our imaginations come to life using Sketch, Photoshop, InVision, etc.

We\'ll probably be a good match if:

• You love working in a team oriented environment - bouncing ideas off each other, looking for solution together, etc.
• You are a perfectionist - pixel in a wrong place boils your blood.
• You have a strong communication skills, specifically verbal. We want you to clearly articulate your thoughts and reasoning behind the designs.

Requirements:

• Strong design skills - very subjective, we know, but ultimately looking for user centric design, someone who can find good balance between minimalism and obvious designs.
• Up to date about latest design language and philosophies.
• Reason driven design - every single component must serve a specific purpose other than aesthetics or else it does not belong there.

Huge plus if:

• You have designed numerous websites - Experience in designing analytics driven dashboard.
• General knowledge of CSS and Javascript.
• Use Sketch and InVision equivalent to create design mock ups.
• Comfortable using Mixpanel and/or Google Analytics to gather usage data to improve user experience.
• You\'ve read Design of Everyday Things.
