Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements, current and future state process designs and translate them into process flows.
• Build, test and deploy RPA bots on the UiPath orchestrator.
• Program and develop reusable RPA workflows, components, processes, and bots with a focus on scalability and reusability.
• Work directly with stakeholders to capture business requirements and translate them into technical approaches and designs that can be implemented.
• Follow established best practices for development, Code reviews and test case reviews.
• Be able to write detailed project-level technical documentation including the SDD (Solution Design Document).
• Responsible for providing support, fixing bugs, and making required changes for existing robotic process.

• Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
• Well-versed with software development life cycle and development practices, technical aspects of RPA development.
• 5+ Years of experience in RPA development and implementation to automate projects.
• Knowledge of C# and Snowflake.
• Familiarity with ERP systems: Workday.
• Domain Knowledge of Industries like Transportation and Finance is an asset.
• Understanding of AI and ML Concepts is needed.
• Passionate for process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Experience using testing tools like Postman, Swagger and with Databases, such as SQL.
• Experience developing and consuming APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service, and technical writing skills.
• A high level of motivation, strong work ethic and self-starting attitude.
