About Comfort Crew

Comfort Crew (Collective) helps emerging Twitch streamers grow their channels into sustainable brands.
Our team handles branding, marketing, and audience growth strategies so creators can focus on what matters most -- streaming and connecting with their audience.

We take care of the setup, optimization, and promotional work, removing the biggest barriers that stop new streamers from gaining traction. All you need to do is show up consistently and create authentic, engaging content.

Responsibilities

Stream consistently and create content that reflects your personality and niche. Collaborate with Comfort Crew's Creative Director to refine your channel branding, overlays, and alerts. Follow a personalized growth plan built to fit your style and schedule. Participate in monthly check-ins or mentorship calls to review progress and unlock new growth tiers.
(No marketing experience required -- our team handles the strategy and promotion.)

Compensation Structure

Profit share:

60%-90% of Twitch revenue, depending on performance and follower milestones.

No upfront fees or hidden costs.

Comfort Crew only earns when you do.

Optional brand collaborations and sponsorship opportunities

available as you grow.

Typical earnings:

$100-$1,000+ per month depending on activity, audience engagement, and consistency.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older. Must have or be willing to create a Twitch account. Positive, professional online presence. Willing to collaborate with branding and marketing teams. Consistent streaming schedule (we assist with planning).

Pay: $100.00-$1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 5 - 20 per week
