Twin Otter Captains Stony Rapids SK Rise Air is western Canada\'s largest fixed wing aviation operation. Rise Air is currently looking for full-time, rotational, DHC-6 Twin Otter Captains to join its growing team. The successful candidate may be required to enter into a financial commitment for training costs prior to the start of training. Position Requirements:
3000 hours total flight time
2000 hours Multi Engine
750 hours Multi Engine PIC
DHC-3T or DHC-6 Captain Experience
Off Strip (floats/skis) experience
Valid ATPL
Must have current and valid passport
Must be able to obtain Transport Canada Restricted Area Pass (RAIC)
Must meet minimum time requirements based on customer standards
Demonstrated knowledge of northern flying operations
Qualifications:
Ability to support and enhance safety initiatives
Exceptional customer service skills
Leadership qualities with the ability to coach and mentor
Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
Ability to adapt and change to evolving work environments
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Must reside in or be willing to relocate to Stony Rapids, Saskatchewan
Must have flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
In addition to base salary, Twin Otter captains will receive a 25 per cent market supplement. Where a Twin Otter captain is BARS compliant, the market supplement will be 40 per cent in addition to base salary. Twin Otter captain will also receive a 10 percent off strip premium. (Salaries advertised include the minimum 25% market supplement) Twin Otter captains who are flying Medevac flights will receive a $100 per shift premium.
