Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tutoring or teaching, with the ability to effectively communicate and engage with students of various ages. This role involves providing personalized instruction to help students improve their academic performance and build confidence in their abilities.

Duties

Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions tailored to individual student needs Develop customized lesson plans and learning materials to enhance understanding of subject matter Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to both students and parents Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment that promotes student engagement Collaborate with teachers and parents to identify areas for improvement and set academic goals Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and achievements

Skills

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of educational concepts Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to students Experience working with children in an educational setting, demonstrating patience and adaptability Classroom experience preferred, showcasing an ability to manage diverse learning styles and needs Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan lessons and track student progress efficiently

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
