Job Title: Tutor

Duties:
- Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions to students
- Assess students' academic needs and develop personalized learning plans
- Help students improve their understanding of various subjects, including math, science, English, and more
- Assist students with homework assignments and test preparation
- Utilize effective teaching strategies and resources to enhance student learning
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents or guardians
- Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom or tutoring setting
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the subject(s) being tutored
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience and the ability to adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field (preferred)
- Ability to pass a background check
