Stem Tutorex is seeking a dedicated and passionate tutor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in teaching and tutoring, with the ability to engage students of various ages and learning levels. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs. Utilize various learning technologies to enhance the educational experience. Provide one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions in subjects as needed. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a supportive atmosphere for all students. Assess student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians regarding student performance and areas for improvement. Collaborate with other educators to align curriculum development and instructional strategies. Support students with special education needs, if applicable, ensuring inclusive practices are followed.

Experience

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, with a strong understanding of curriculum development and lesson planning. Familiarity with classroom management techniques and effective communication skills. Experience working with children in an educational setting is preferred. Knowledge of special education practices is advantageous. Ability to create engaging learning experiences that cater to diverse learning styles.
