What You'll Do:

Assess student needs and create tailored lesson plans Teach creatively to explain complex concepts Build motivation and confidence in students Track progress with post-session and occasional progress reports

What We're Looking For:

Sound knowledge of the BC Curriculum Post-secondary studies (or completed) in Science, Engineering, or English (BC) Strong knowledge in Pre-Calculus, Calculus, and English (reading, writing, analysis) for secondary students 3+ years of tutoring experience (formal/informal) Great communication skills, empathy, and adaptability Ability to travel for at-home sessions (Class 5 license an asset) Willing to provide a Criminal Record Check Legally eligible to work in Canada
