TURNAROUND OPPORTUNITIES - 2026, Co-op Refinery Complex

The Co-op Refinery Complex is hiring Pipefitters for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround for up to 6 months.


This opportunity will be offering $66.94 (Journeyperson), $58.52 (4th year apprentice), $54.13 (3rd year apprentice) per hour + overtime at double time.

Schedule:

Pre-turnaround: 4 9.33-hour day shifts (Monday - Thursday), Turnaround: 6 10.5-hour shifts, 1 day off, day or night shift.

What you'll do:

Duties include but are not limited to:


You will perform duties that include but are not limited to the maintenance portion of equipment isolations (installation of blanks), equipment repair (heat exchangers, piping systems), new piping installation, and rigging. You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends. You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL.

Who you are:

You are a certified Journeyperson and/or have Inter-provincial Red Seal Certification. OR you are an apprentice. You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required duties. Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required. You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do. You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
