TURNAROUND OPPORTUNITIES - SPRING 2025, Co-op Refinery Complex



Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) is hiring temporary MRP Labourers for the upcoming maintenance Turnaround at Co-op Refinery Complex in Regina, SK for up to 16 weeks.



This opportunity is offering $39.45 per hour + overtime.

What you'll do:

Depending on which section you are placed in; your duties include but are not limited to:


• You will assist in the various trade sections within the Refinery
• You will perform other duties as assigned during the maintenance Turnaround including but not limited to, Scaffold, Pipefitter, Insulator and Mechanic helper.
• You will work mostly outdoors in all-weather conditions and are willing to adapt to the required working hours as they evolve, including night shifts and weekends.
• You will adhere to all safety protocols and procedures implemented by FCL.


Who you are:

• You have completed Grade 12 and have a valid class 5 license.
• You are mechanically inclined, preferably with experience in an industrial work environment.
• You have a minimum of 1 year experience directly related to the required industrial work environment.
• Preference will be given to those candidates with a valid Safety Construction Orientation Training (SCOT) certificate. Due to the nature of the work, a positive safety attitude is required.
• You're honest and trustworthy, are results oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.
• You believe in collaboration, building relationships and value the perspectives of others.
